We are pleased to welcome Thomas Lea on to the First City team as a Management Surveyor.
Tom graduated from Birmingham City University this year with an honours degree in Real Estate and is now working towards Chartered Membership of the RICS.
Currently working within the Management Department, Tom says, “I will be spending the next two years gaining experience in Property Management and local Agency and look forward to progressing towards Valuations, Landlord and Tenancy work.”
Outside the office, Tom enjoys playing rugby for local team Handsworth and spending time in the gym.
