First City Limited have been acting on behalf of National Hickman, one of the UK’s leading independent building materials specialists serving the new home build sector throughout the UK, in their quest to find suitable premises for their doorkit and commercial vehicle fleet hub within the Black Country.
Within recent months the company has experienced considerable growth and found their existing premises no longer suitable for the future plans of the business.
First City were able to undertake studies and investigations to identify suitable premises within Wolverhampton in accordance with our clients’ requirements and the Surveying Department carried out negotiations in order to secure the premises.
First City’s Planning Department were successful in securing a change of use planning permission from Wolverhampton Council to ensure our client was able to use the premises for their business needs.
This is an excellent example of the way in which the expertise of the First City Surveying and Town Planning departments work together effectively to provide a seamless service for our client.
