First City secure planning permission for 45 dwellings in Staffordshire Village

First City have been successful in securing outline permission for 45 dwellings on behalf of our client, The Inglewood Investment Company, in Great Haywood, Stafford Borough.

The proposal is for residential development for up to 45 dwellings with details of an access to Little Tixall Lane. The application was approved at Planning Committee in January 2015.

First City Limited worked with the applicant advising them of the possible opportunities for the site. We proceeded to instruct the relevant support consultants to produce the necessary supporting documents to accompany the planning application including highways and drainage; landscape impact; ecology and ground conditions. The scheme was devised with the full involvement of our client, the Local Authority and the Parish Council and local residents were consulted on the proposals prior to the submission of the application.

The scheme will contribute towards providing both open market and affordable housing to meet the needs of Great Haywood and Stafford Borough.
