Land off Queens Road, Penkhull, Stoke-on-Trent – Consultation Event

Lichfield Diocesan Board of Education is promoting the development of land situated off Queens Road, Penkhull, Stoke-on-Trent, and has commissioned Planning Consultants, First City Limited to lead a public consultation event for the development proposals and coordinate the submission of the planning application.

The proposals are for a high quality housing development that would provide up to 59 new homes including a variety of housing types as well as family homes, accommodation for first time buyers retirement bungalows and affordable housing for local people.

In addition there will be significant landscaping features. The development will also include significant tree belt planting along the boundaries of the site to encourage wildlife to the area.

A public consultation event will be held on Tuesday 13th October 2015 from 4pm – 8pm at Penkhull Village Hall, Trent Valley Road, Penkhull, ST4 5JE to give residents the opportunity to view the plans for the development and to have their say. Please click here to see the full Exhibition Boards.

A comment sheet has been prepared for you to provide your comments on the proposals which can be downloaded here and returned to us at the address provided on the form.

The consultation will run from 8th October to the 31st October 2015.
