First City Limited have been awarded a BSI accreditation under ISO 9001:2015. BSI Group is the Business Standards Company that “helps organisations make excellence a habit”.
The UK National Standards Body have assessed our standards and procedures and have awarded us with our accreditation for Quality Management.
First City Limited introduced a Quality Management System (QMS) in 1994. Since that time the system has evolved and developed based on the requirements of ISO 9001:1994 through to ISO 9001:2008 and now ISO 9001:2015.
The adoption of a QMS was a strategic decision by the Company with the objective of improving overall performance and to provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives.
