Client: Carillion plc, National Grid plc, Wolverhampton City Council

Site Area: 60 acres (24.12ha)

Instruction: Acquisition, Land Assembly, Planning and Agency

The Company were initially asked to advise one of the landowners on how to deal with a surplus plant yard. We identified that the site had potential for residential development subject to us being able to acquire additional land and persuade other landowners to come on board.

We were able to secure allocation of the site through the Wolverhampton UDP and subsequently achieve a sale of the property to a PLC house builder.

This is a good example of our ability to spot the potential of a site and to use our extensive in-house experience to bring schemes to fruition.
