The site is located within Halsington, a village approximately 2 miles north-east of Crewe and 4 miles south of Sandbach.

Junction 17 of the M6 is adjacent to Sandbach.

There is of course a mainline railway station in Crewe.

The site lies within the jurisdiction of Cheshire East District Council. Reserved matters planning approval was granted on 31st October 2016 for the erection of 245 dwellings, highways, public open space, play facility and associated works under planning application reference number 16/1046N. This followed approved outline application 13/4301N, see also appeal reference number APP/R0660/A/14/2213304.

A Section 106 Agreement accompanied the planning permission and requires our clients to use their reasonable endeavours for a period of 3 years from approval of the reserved matters permission to dispose of the medical centre land to a provider of medical facilities.


Service connections with adequate capacity will be available at the edge of the site.


The freehold interest in the whole is for sale as one lot with vacant possession upon completion.

Please note that our clients will sell the land with a covenant limiting use of the land to planning use class D1 (non-residential institutions).
