First City have been appointed by Staffordshire County Council and Richborough Estates to market a parcel of prime residential development land off Watery Lane, Codsall, South Staffordshire.<\/p>\n

The site extends to approximately 18.9 acres and was recently granted outline planning permission for residential development with an indicative capacity of circa 160 houses.<\/p>\n
