First City have submitted a Reserved Matters application on behalf of Keir Living Limited and the Cabinet of Staffordshire County Council to East Staffordshire Borough Council for Phase 1, of the scheme that was granted Outline permission in 2015.<\/p>\n

The application proposal for Phase 1 comprises 110 new build homes, incorporating 2 bed bungalows, 3 and 4 bed houses, affordable housing and the delivery of a substantial Greenspace Corridor on the northern edge of the site. Within this will be the first part of a \u2018trim trail\u2019 that is supported by the Outwoods Neighbourhood Plan.<\/p>\n
