Working on behalf of the Education Authority and Lichfield Diocesan Education Trust we have been instructed to run a planning application for the re-development of a surplus school site.

Assuming planning permission can be secured we will then sell the property.  The proceeds of sale are to be used to improve and extend the school facilities on the opposite side of the road and much needed community facilities in Eccleshall.

This is an excellent example of the way in which our planning and development land agency functions operate effectively together.
